This is for one single coaching session, which lasts for 90 minutes.
These coaching sessions are focused on helping you to resolve anxiety and trauma, to help to give you the tools you need for recovery, getting unstuck, and moving forward in your life. They are highly individualized sessions, tailored to your specific needs.
In our call, I will listen very closely to you, providing you a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space, along with guidance. We will use whatever tools you need during your session. These tools may include somatic work, guided visualizations, energy healing, nutritional education, counsel, and recommended actions for you to take away with you to follow through with after the session is completed.

Coaching sessions with me are gentle and laid-back. My style is to listen to you, without judging or pathologizing you, to hear you out completely, so that I can give you the best tools and recommendations to help you move forward. My clients feel I am a compassionate friend, as well as a safe person to open up to.
As our session begins, I will ask you to tell me what resolution might look like to you, and listen as you explain the situation you need assistance with. I refrain from interrupting as much as possible, and when necessary I will ask questions for any clarification I need. I'm here to see you and hear you, to provide you with the support and resources that will help you to embody the felt sensations of safety and support that you need in order to resolve your challenges and move forward.
It's quite normal and common for some tears to flow during our sessions, and this is an important part of discharging from the body and nervous system, the energies and emotions that have gotten stuck there and keeps you in looping, unwanted patterns that you're here to break free from. I recommend having tissues handy during and following our sessions. A big glass of water to drink is also recommended, as when we release these energies during our session, water is helpful for flushing these emotions and energies out of the body. It's also quite common to feel fatigued for a little while following these sessions, so giving yourself adequate time to rest is important, whether it's to nap, go to bed early, or just take it easy for a little while. We do a lot of work in these sessions, and as trapped emotional energy is released, a period of adjustment is needed while the body gets energy back - the energy that was holding those trapped energies and emotions in place for so long. Go gently with yourself as you may experience some fatigue during the adjustment phase. There may also be sensations like bubbles of old trapped pain finally surfacing as they are freed, and this can feel a bit uncomfortable, so it's very important to have time and space to yourself, not only during our calls, but afterwards as well.
Sessions are laid-back, as I'm here to hold safe, compassionate space for you and give you whatever time you need to make sure that you feel safe with me. Our coaching sessions last up to 90 minutes, but in cases where more time is needed for your nervous system regulation to occur before ending the call, more time may be given, to make sure that you are as regulated as possible before ending our call.
I use the various methods and modalities listed above during our calls, depending on what is the best fit for you, personally, along with what your preferences are. If you are uncomfortable with any of the modalities I employ, please know that you are free to let me know and ask me not to use a particular modality with you, and I will respect and honor your wishes.
A single session can sometimes be enough to resolve something for you, depending on what it is and what layer or level of the challenge was able to be resolved. It's generally a good idea to continue coaching on an ongoing basis to reach deeper resolutions, so please be sure to check out my coaching packages, in which a discount is provided, or consider taking The Consciously Present Course.
