Module 1: The Empath’s Awakening – Reclaiming Your Nervous System

In this opening week, you’ll awaken to your true nature as a True Empath—not a victim of your sensitivity, but its sovereign.

Module 2: The Biology of Survival – Healing Functional Freeze & Fawn

You function. You care. You show up.

But inside, you’re numb. Frozen. People-pleasing to survive.

This isn’t weakness. It’s biology—your nervous system in high-functioning shutdown.

In this module, you’ll:

  • Understand functional freeze and the fawn response as survival strategies, not flaws.

  • Learn the neurological cascade of trauma—from amygdala alarm to dorsal vagal collapse.

  • Practice somatic discharge—tremoring, butterfly hugs, Legs Up the Wall—to release what’s been stored.

  • Master titration and pendulation to regulate without re-traumatizing.

  • Use NeuroAffective Touch (NAT)—self-cheek caress, belly rub, Hold My Heart—to rebuild safety from within.

You’ll no longer wonder why you can’t “just leave.” You’ll understand—and heal—the biology of your bondage.


Module 3: The Soul’s Architecture – Values, Boundaries & Energetic Integrity

You say yes when your soul says no. You over-give. You abandon yourself.

Because your energetic boundaries have been breached—and your values buried under survival.

Here, you’ll:

  • Clarify your core values—the soul-aligned truths you’ve betrayed.

  • Map your energetic boundaries, protecting your Causal Body—the seat of your divine blueprint.

Module 4: The Inner Family – IFS, Unburdening & Spirit Releasement

  • Meet your inner family through Internal Family Systems (IFS)—protectors, exiles, and your radiant Self.

  • Unblend from parts that have taken over your life.

  • Befriend your protectors and unburden your exiles—releasing frozen trauma with care.

  • Discern unattached burdens—foreign energies, ancestral imprints, psychic intrusions.

  • Use a 7-step Spirit Releasement process to clear what was never yours.

Module 5: The War for Sovereignty – Dismantling Control & Claiming Your Power

You’ve healed your nervous system. You’ve reclaimed your energy.

Now, it’s time to confront the architecture of control—personal and systemic.

In this final initiation, you’ll:

  • Recognize coercive control—gaslighting, breadcrumbing, trauma bonding—and break the chains.

What You’ll Need for This Course

To fully engage with Re-Membering You, prepare a safe, supportive space for your daily practice. These tools will help you ground, track, and integrate your journey:

  • Journal & Pen (or Digital Alternative): Daily journaling is essential for tracking progress, processing insights, and anchoring your nervous system. Use a physical notebook, notepad app, or voice recorder to log your experiences.

  • Comfortable Seating: A supportive chair with armrests and back support

  • Cushions and blankets for safety and support exercises. A weighted blanket can enhance grounding during somatic practices—weighted blanket is optional, not required. 

  • Sacred, Boundaried Time: Set aside quiet, uninterrupted time each day—treat it as non-negotiable self-honoring.

  • Grounding Tools: An earthing mat is very helpful for indoor grounding if outdoor access is limited. Barefoot time on natural earth is ideal when possible.

This course is designed to meet you where you are. Start simple. Your presence is the most important tool.


What to Expect in This Course

This journey will bring you face-to-face with deep layers of your being—your nervous system, your inner parts, and the energetic imprints of trauma. You may experience waves of emotion, memories, or physical sensations as your body releases what’s been held. 

This is not a sign of failure—it’s healing in motion.

Every lesson is designed with trauma-informed care at its core.  We move slowly, with titration and pendulation, so you never have to face more than you can safely integrate. You are not here to re-traumatize, but to re-regulate, re-member, and reclaim. You are safe. You are supported. You are not alone. 


About Me

Hi, I’m Tricia.

I’m a trauma-informed recovery coach, a metabolic recovery coach, a detoxification specialist, a multidimensional healing mentor, and an energy healing practitioner of nine modalities. I’m also a psychic, a medium, a medical intuitive, and an author. 

But more than any of that—I’m a survivor.

I’ve lived the very wounds I now help others heal. Lifelong trauma. Narcissistic abuse. Coercive control. The kind of systemic and soul-level oppression that leaves you questioning your sanity, your worth, your very right to exist. 

I’ve been the empath who absorbed everything, gave too much, and lost herself completely.

And I’ve walked the path back—slowly, somatically, soulfully. 

This work isn’t theoretical for me. It’s born from the battlefield of my own healing. Every tool I share—Somatic Experiencing, IFS, NeuroAffective Touch, homeopathy, dream work—I’ve used on myself first. I teach from embodiment, not just knowledge.



I know what it’s like to freeze when you should flee. To fawn when you want to fight. To feel like a burden just for having needs.

And I also know what it’s like to reclaim your sovereignty.
