Instinct vs. Intuition: Two Streams of Inner Wisdom
Instinct is primal, survival-based, rooted in the gut-brain and microbiome. It’s fast, automatic — “Get out now.” It’s tied to the vagus nerve, your body’s superhighway of safety and threat detection.
Intuition is deeper — a multidimensional signal arising from the soul layers, transmitted through nadis, meridians, and the hara. It’s not just “gut feeling” — it’s a whisper from your higher self, your ancestors, or non-physical allies.

How to Tune In: Somatic Awareness as Gateway
True knowing begins with interoception — the ability to feel your inner state.
Practice:
Pause. Breathe.
Scan: Where is there tension? Warmth? Numbness?
Stay with it — no analysis, just presence.
When you direct your awareness inward and upward — through the hara, along the central channel, into the nadis and meridians — you activate reception.
But if these soul layer membranes are distorted — by trapped emotion, belief-based resistance, entity attachments, or energetic fragmentation — the signal becomes blocked or distorted, just as oxidized PUFAs impair insulin receptors and glucose uptake. You don’t receive the full transmission — not because the message isn’t sent, but because the receiver is compromised.
This is why embodiment is essential:
Only when the physical body is regulated — through metabolic safety, salt, gut health, and nervous system recovery — can the higher layers communicate clearly.
